Each session begins with attuning to what is alive & present in the body, mind & spirit.
This approach allows for an intuitive response that attends to the physical symptoms, the underlying imbalances & mental tensions, that can create discomfort, pain & dis-ease within the body & mind.
Through the use of the complete system of the Pilates Apparatus Repertoire, approaches to Mindfulness & Energetic Healing, we gently awaken the body's innate intelligence & desire for cohesion, integration, wholeness & healing.
A re-membering of body, mind & vital energy

Our Group Mat Classes are an opportunity to practice in community.
The origin of our mat based classes is the application of the key principles of Pilates, Breath, Concentration, Centring, Control, Precision & Flow.
Classes are framed around a monthly theme that connects us to the changing seasons, allowing for us to attend to the natural rhythms & cycles of the body, mind & spirit as we synchronise, & harmonise, honouring our nature as nature.
Classes are 60 minutes
Classes are held locally: The MacKenzie Hall, Brockweir, NP16 7NW
& Virtually on Zoom
Virtual Meditation Gathering 'The Golden Hour' meets monthly on Tuesday 7-8pm.
This is a free online offering, with the hope of providing a space for the curious, interested, or with an established meditation practice to come together in community.
Each session invites gentle movement to settle body & mind & establish connection to our breath, before moving into a part guided, part silent meditation.
There is time at the end to share anything that has arisen for you during our time together.
Throughout the year there are varying opportunities for us to come together in-person & virtually in small groups for immersive 4 week courses that teach 'The Foundations of Mindfulness, Meditation & Compassion' & 'The Path of Compassion'.
These four week immersions allow for us to explore the deeper teachings of the practices through the Dharma, to practice different meditation techniques that develop insight into our own lived experience as human beings, actively cultivating compassion & awakening wisdom.
Offering virtual one-to-ones or duet sessions.
Each session begins with a consultation as we explore what is live & present physiologically, mentally & energetically.
The session is then shaped around the desired & considered therapeutic outcomes, using the modalities of Pilates, human movement patterns, mindful movement, connection with breath, mindfulness & compassion.
These sessions can take place anywhere around the world.
Session length 60 minutes
Pilates Retreat Day
Saturday | 5th July | 9:45am-4pm | The Mac Brockweir
Pilates has become predominantly associated with "core strength", yet what actually is the core ? & how do we begin to awaken, ignite & connect with this deepest part of our being?
In this full day immersion we explore through mindful movement the anatomical core, how to release holding patterns that inhibit the awakening of a felt sense of centre, how to attune to the deepest support structures of the body.
Arrival from 9:30 am
Session 1 : 9:45 - 11 am | The Anatomical core:
An exploration through movement to embody the physiological understanding of centre, releasing postural patterns & holding in the body that inhibit our connection to the core.
Session 2 : 11:30 am - 1 pm | The Distal Core :
An exploration through movement to connect to the core through the hands& feet, learning that true core strength is found through awakening awareness of touch, that enables the body structures to organise & activate the deep centre.
Lunch : 1:15 - 2:15 pm
Session 3 : 2:30 -4 pm | Deep Centre:
A restful afternoon practice with gentle movement & breath practice to awaken the energetic core, before inviting stillness as we move into a part guided, part silent meditation that takes us deep into the centre of our being.
During this session, they'll be time for integration with group sharing, before we close out the days immersion.
