Each session is specially designed to meet your individual movement, mindfulness, healing needs & aspirations.
These sessions can be considered as movement mentorship, an intuitive response to what is live & present in the body's system.
With the support of the Pilates Studio Apparatus we move mindfully, cultivating awareness & developing embodied presence to naturally awaken the body's innate wisdom for regeneration, restoration & healing.
These sessions build & enhance strength, mobility, flexibility, resilience & stamina, bringing integration, cohesion, balance & calm to body, mind & spirit.
Group classes offer an opportunity to practice in community.
Our mat based group classes have a themed focus each month, allowing for a deeper exploration of movement potentiality.
The origin of these classes is grounded in mindful movement & the application of the key principles & modality of Pilates.
Each class encourages function, fluidity & ease of movement.
Choreographed & designed to assist the student in reconnecting & rejoicing in these human bodies.
Allowing for the awakening, shifting & integration of varying energies that pass through these material & spiritual vessels.
Offering both in person & virtual spaces for contemplation, guided meditation & collective silence.
Drawing upon the wisdom teachings & practices of the Christic & Buddhist traditions, to create gatherings & courses that guide a gentle return to true humanity, original goodness.
Monthly Virtual Meditation Gathering : 'The Golden Hour'. 7~8pm on Zoom
With courses throughout the year that focus on teaching the principle practices of mindfulness, meditation & compassion.
Each session includes gentle movement to settle the body, a teaching drawn from the sacred text & verse of wisdom traditions, part guided, part silent meditation to gently invite unity of body, mind & heart.
